Yummy Butterscotch Bars

Buttery, chewy, and loaded with cookie crunch! Try these Yummy Butterscotch Bars made with GALINCO Cream Delight and Chips Delight Cookies. Serve it with coffee or milk for that cozy, buttery-sweet pick-me-up.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp GALINCO Cream Delight Chocolate Peanut Spread (for richer flavor)
  • 4 pcs GALINCO Chips Delight Cookies, crushed
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven set to 170 °C (340 °F) and line a small baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Mix wet ingredients and combine melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
Step 3
Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
Step 4
Fold in Cream Delight Spread and crushed Chips Delight Cookies.
Step 5
Spread mixture evenly in the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until edges are golden and the center is set.
Step 6
Let it cool before slicing into bars. Optionally drizzle extra Cream Delight on top.
