Sarap Pinoy Ice Coffee Jelly

Serving Idea

Serve cold for merienda or dessert — smooth, silky gulaman, creamy coffee milk, and that familiar Chips Delight cookie finish. A true Pinoy café dessert in a glass.

Ingredients
  • 1 pack GALINCO Sarap Pinoy Gulaman Mix (Coffee or Brown Sugar flavor, 25 g)
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee (or strong brewed coffee)
  • ¼ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • ½ cup all-purpose cream
  • Ice cubes
  • Toppings: Crushed GALINCO Chips Delight Chocolate Chip Cookies and Whipped cream or chocolate syrup for drizzle
Instructions
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine Sarap Pinoy Gulaman Mix, sugar, coffee, and water. Stir until dissolved, then bring to a boil. Pour into a flat container and let it set completely. Once firm, cut into small cubes.
Step 2
In a large pitcher, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, all-purpose cream, and brewed coffee. Mix well, then chill for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Assemble the drink in a tall glass, add ice cubes and a handful of coffee jelly cubes. Pour the chilled coffee-cream mixture over the top.
Step 4
Garnish top with whipped cream and sprinkle crushed Chips Delight Cookies for an extra hint of sweetness and crunch.
