Ingredients
  • 1 pack GALINCO Sarap Pinoy Buko Pandan Mix (200 g)
  • 4 cups water
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • ½ cup evaporated milk or all-purpose cream
  • ½ cup nata de coco or young coconut strips (optional)
  • Ice candy plastic bags (1 × 10 inches)
Instructions
Step 1
In a pot, dissolve Sarap Pinoy Buko Pandan Mix in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened. Let it cool completely.
Step 2
Mix in condensed milk and evaporated milk (or cream). Stir until well combined.
Step 3
Using a funnel, pour the mixture into ice candy bags. Add bits of nata de coco or coconut strips if desired. Tie the ends tightly.
Step 4
Freeze for 4–6 hours or until firm.
